Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Automotive Service Advisor – No Automotive Experience Required!

Next Gen Auto Care | Londonderry, NH

$45,000–$80,000 Annually | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

Great With People? We Can Teach You About Cars!

At Next Gen Auto Care, we're looking for someone who knows how to take care of people.

You don't need years of automotive experience. In fact, you don't need any automotive industry experience at all.

What matters most to us is your ability to connect with customers, communicate clearly, solve problems, and make people feel valued.

If you've worked in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or another people-focused profession, you may already have the skills we're looking for.

We can teach you the automotive side of the business. What we're looking for is someone who brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to help others.

Who We Are:

Next Gen Auto Care is a locally owned, established automotive repair business in Londonderry, NH.

We've built our reputation on providing honest advice, quality repairs, and exceptional customer service.

Our philosophy is simple:

Cars Are Our Skill. People Are Our Purpose.

We believe that customers deserve clear explanations, honest recommendations, and a team that treats them with respect.

We're looking for someone who shares those values.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face and voice of Next Gen Auto Care.

You'll help customers navigate the sometimes confusing world of automotive repairs and maintenance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and making them feel welcome and appreciated.
Listening carefully to their concerns and asking thoughtful questions.
Scheduling appointments and helping manage the daily workflow.
Explaining recommended vehicle services and repairs in a clear, comfortable, and understandable way.
Communicating repair estimates, timelines, and updates.
Reviewing digital vehicle inspection reports with customers.
Working with our technicians to help ensure a smooth customer experience.
Following up with customers and building lasting relationships.
Helping customers make informed decisions without pressure.
Keeping accurate records and staying organized in a busy environment.

Don't worry if some of this sounds unfamiliar. We'll provide training and support to help you learn.

What We're Really Looking For:

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

Genuinely enjoys helping people. Finds satisfaction in making someone's day a little easier.
Is a great communicator. You can listen, explain, and connect with people from all walks of life.
Has a positive attitude. You bring energy and enthusiasm to your work.
Is organized and dependable. You follow through on commitments and pay attention to details.
Can handle a busy day. You stay calm, focused, and professional when things get hectic.
Is comfortable with technology. You're willing to learn new computer programs and digital tools.
Works well with others. You understand the importance of teamwork.
Is eager to learn. You're curious, coachable, and open to developing new skills.
Has integrity. You believe honesty and trust are the foundation of good business.

Experience That Could Make You a Great Fit:

You may be a great candidate if you've worked in:

Hospitality, hotels, or restaurants
Retail sales or management
Customer service or customer support
Banking or financial services
Healthcare reception or patient services
Insurance or professional services
Automotive service or repair

These are just examples. We're more interested in who you are and how you treat people than where you've worked.

Previous automotive experience is welcome, but absolutely not required.

Why Work at Next Gen Auto Care?

We believe a great place to work starts with treating people right, including our employees.

Here's what you can look forward to:

$40,000–$80,000 annual earning range, depending on experience and performance.
Monday through Friday schedule. No nights or weekends.
A locally owned business where you're more than just an employee number.
A supportive, team-oriented work environment.
Training and opportunities to develop new skills.
The opportunity to build a long-term career in an evolving industry.

Modern tools, technology, and equipment.

A workplace that values honesty, professionalism, and customer relationships.

What Success Looks Like:

We don't measure great customer service simply by how many repairs you sell.

We value customers who feel heard, understand their options, trust our recommendations, and want to return because of the way they were treated.

Of course, we're a business, and helping customers understand the value of recommended services is an important part of the job.

But we believe the best sales come from earning trust, not applying pressure.

Interested? We'd Love to Meet You!

If you're someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things right, and wants to be part of a team that makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you.

You bring the people skills. We'll help you learn the cars.

Apply today and tell us a little about yourself and why you'd be a great fit for Next Gen Auto Care.
